Cerec Same Day Crowns Scottsdale Cerec Dentists

What is CEREC technology? To fabricate a crown, most dentists must send dental records to a laboratory. Then, the lab typically takes 2-3 weeks to create and return the restoration. With CEREC, we simply take a digital image of your tooth (no impressions!), design your restoration with CAD (computer aided design), and then mill your restoration with our milling machine in our office. It's that easy; you can even watch your restoration as it is being made! CEREC essentially brings the entire lab process "in-house", giving Dr. Gore and Dr. Svans complete control over the creation of your crown, onlay, or veneer.

What are some ways CEREC can benefit you?

A huge time-saver
No messy impressions
No temporaries to wear
Less post-appointment soreness
No second appointment to seat the restoration

To explore the CEREC solution, call our practice today for a complimentary consultation. CEREC works by developing a three-dimensional digital impression that matches your bite exactly. Using this 3-D model, our CEREC computer mills your all-porcelain, customized restoration with specific color and contour information input by Scottsdale Dentists Rod Gore and Erik Svans.

Your restoration is then polished, glazed, bonded and sealed to prevent bacteria from entering and forming new cavities - all in a single visit. That means less time in the dental chair and less time away from your life. To enjoy the dramatic improvements made possible by CEREC dentistry, Scottsdale Dentists Rod Gore and Erik Svans would love to speak with you in more detail. Call our Scottsdale office to learn more.
